Reasons to attend

The European Education Fair 2010 is an exciting new initiative. It is the only event in Romania dedicated solely to European education and its reputable providers: universities, public high-schools and boarding schools.

The event has three major aims:

1. to provide a forum for prestigious European universities and boarding schools to present their high quality education programmes to the Romanian public;
2. to give potential applicants the opportunity to meet face-to-face with representatives of reputable European educational institutions and discuss their eligibility as well as the strengths and weaknesses of their applications;
3. to provide networking opportunities for the representatives of European educators and their Romanian counterparts.

The European Education Fair 2010 attracted more then 4.000 students over the 3 days of the event in February 2010.

I offer my wholehearted support to the fair, which I am confident will be a high quality event for enabling young people in Romania to consider the excellent range of education options. Senior staff from the organizers have attended the British Boarding Schools Workshop (BBSW), which we run annually in the UK. The BBSW has quickly gained a reputation for being a professional event where staff from UK independent boarding schools have a unique opportunity to meet with quality educational consultants from all over the world. Therefore the organizers have extensive knowledge of, and contacts with, top quality UK boarding schools.
